The Grand Canyon was our next stop - more rocks! But what a view!! Both Ryan and I really wanted to see a real live rattlesnake out in the wild (but not to close). The picture below is the closest we came to seeing a snake and he was pretty harmless..........
It was late in the day and the shadows were being to make pretty designs on the rocks. We forget exactly how immense this country is until we can see from the rim of the Grand Canyon.
